Where These End Up

33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
Matthew 6:33-34
There is but one final response that can be properly had in the midst of all this. It’s one of worrying not of these things lest the Lord should appear. After all, he made us and so is responsible for sustaining all life. Whether we live or die then in whatsoever condition, our life is his and with it the Lords. We ought rather to seek the Lord while he may be found and get things right with the other side. That way, when our number is called and it’s becoming our time yet to go, our destination we will know. Then again, we’ll finally have some peace in this life for having lived it as well. Our destination might not be paradise here but still we’ll have done something hopefully that counts for the kingdom. It’s a different sort of fulfillment that comes from it if you really ask me. Our needs will be well taken care of then safely held in his hands. It’s a viewpoint that speaks very much of doing the next best possible thing and trusting for eternity soon to appear. After all that worry and fuss about what couldn’t be changed, why not try just simply trusting the Lord.
