When God of This Today

Oh Father God above with nowhere else to turn.

No other hearts in love save for yours looking down above.

Yet when you return hold us all as gathered into barns safe from fear and immortal harms of what the Father had alarms.

Monsters outcasts from the table, things we cursed but were not able.

To be gathered in as this unto his table, put us safe inside lest the immortal harms.

From what we have fallen from and what we grasped upon.

The night outside is cold and dear Lord we are growing old we pray we you meet us in the fold.

Far outside all others bold from what we have to hold.

No other God as this below as such of this we know be the light that watches where on earth to go.

Be there the path below and keep us there so oh from what we have to know.

From the judgement we will be in together even as gathered in the winter.

Of what we want but were not able such as this to come unto the table.
