It is called an uncertainty see since there is no other state it could possibly be. There was no other condition for sure and thus it had stuck of the Word that might be otherwise swored. This particular one you would find in some parts of the world, a light in the street to give light to the world. This one though had been dead there for sure for those tending it had not changed the bulb. Quite neglected there for the time and no other sources of power there to find. It was either powered from there off the sun or else the bulb had already gone. They had to be replaced there for sure or at least cared for there in awhile. This one though was blinking on and off like a light like something haunted there right.

There was no other way of proving it right, cause we had not the strength of the lab or anything other that we would have found there around. We say we at the time but in reality whoever was around would have suited just fine. Cause it was not as you find at the time that anyone should have changed out the streetlight or have noticed its bright as opposed to blinking there right. Then not anyone would have studied where its at in this world to figure out where all things are toward.
