Spoken Between

15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

Genesis 3:15

Sometimes it takes a divine looking ahead to see all that our God has coming on after. There's that of blessed glory and grace, then too of the whole rest from his house. It's very much a retelling of all this then from the start. In fact, we'd discuss the curse but I want you to see first the blessing foretold before it ever could follow. The woman here was promised a seed, from which so great and mighty of these arose a whole forest or even a tree. In fact, you could've almost seen the stars and the sand of the seashore in number but for these ones right here. Though some have said that in the looking ahead it implies a looking behind also you'll find. Perhaps not though which is why we're very much here. This powers of sight is what changes the situation and so too makes it all right. Thus, in the seed, there's many in number and so too the situation as that's been changed too from the start. The bruising of the head and the heels that would follow and the inability to tell one from the other in Naphtalim doesn't much matter except where theology's standing way over there in the corner. From the view of the angels, these would've very much mattered their not being able to tell the wiles of the devil from the what of the Lord. It's a viewpoint too that's very much taken in thus. The woman should've known better really but she didn't did she when asked so of man? Perhaps it would've been different as unto the Lord, concerning the mystery contained herein and the turnabout to follow. He's a God that changes things isn't he in bringing the world on back to his Son. In case you don't know of just yet perhaps soon now that you will. In Naphtalim you'd do well to remember your heirarched position as heirs to the grace and the hope of the Father. With all the his and hers in there, it's somewhat harder to follow. Not only that though is the natural image as one would in killing a snake with it's foot by smashing down on the head only to have the same snake turn and bite you leaving the heel swollen, bloodied, and bruised. Then too it's a much different picture, is it, should the very same be in the following as it would a trailing on after. Those are some pretty powerful images if the his and hers seem too much to get from the first. Let's look on it now together if you will this suffering of the Savior who'd master the whole world on back to the breath of his power. If you won't that's fine too but I wish you would rather.

snake - woman

enmity

enmity

your seed - her seed

it

your bruised head

you bruise his heel

Now, i don't know about you but that's a pretty powerful image when you put it that way, much as would a lamb taking after the fold. That's why the Lion of that tribe appears as the Lamb that was slain from before time but still the very much winner. Well, the good book says from the foundation of the world but it's much the same sort of thing.
