Species Generalus

Surely there are a lot more animals than these. What of all the oceans full of fish, the animals down in the jungle, and the creatures which roam throughout the lands. What then of them; where is their list, you might wonder. Let's see, there's cats, dinosaurs, zebras, gazelles, elephants, monkeys, polar bears, jellyfish, sharks, sea anemone, wolves and of course the list goes on. Only one of those listed is now extinct, the dinosaurs of course.

Genus species scientificus is all fine and wonderful. I'm sure there's nothing wrong with it except for the fact that most of us today cannot speak ancient Latin. I personally can count the number of times I have been asked to recall a scientific name for something unless you're say a biologist, which I am not. I do consider myself to be something of an animal behaviorist however and you can too just by watching them. What are some behaviors among the animals you commonly see?
