Solemnus Solomons
Solomon, ancient king of old, once the wisest of his time even he was not immune to the least of all these dangers as written in his own accustomed tale, the Song of Solomon, tells it well. With his newly made wife beside and a thousand other concubines, he'd inherited his father David's will then too the people bold the slightest of the world grew with him beside as under the auspices of ancient rule would conquer swell. His Song too, the least of all the tale, knew her part to play and so to do though not exempt from the poisoner's cure as some friend he'd often need from the times he faced and their need. How the little Song had sought him from the places so often he wondered how oft err that the Father would come along to take them all back home again as though borne upon his arms. Still though the little Song went after her love having found him again by his smell as the ones that are loved though rescued from danger would yet have remnants from the places he'd been to cling and stick to him. That's to say as one having been on the brink of death and despair having made of his part in the gardens of men from the edge of the grave and beyond as one who'd walk among worlds. Awful hard work to pull him back then and so to remind as the Song did of those that are alive and remain for awhile though not what it seemed. Maybe it's not the prettiest form in the world to say such things truly and then how it all works together to bring the world on back to his Son. So too does the danger mixed with the fragrances then seek to remind us of back home with the Father instead. Out of the ivory palaces whereof you have made us glad and all your garments smell of myrrh aloe and cassia combined.
