Practice Improvement

When we're talking practice improvement, in short it refers to simply the valuation of everything needful for completing the work on from there. There's very little point is it in continuing to care for the people without the resources proper to continue doing it well. Then again, we could always do it haphazard doing whatever wherever without proper rhyme or reason from there. Come to think of it, that's been day after day in healthcare systems anywhere you'd happen to mention or care yet to look. Perhaps we both know you probably wouldn't of course because all that requires a good deal of relative thinking and even somewhat explaining. As you've probably noticed, I'm really not explaining things clearly and how can we when the roles of ourselves in maintaining the health aren't as clearly well defined are they from there. We'd mentioned crossover care and enabling really quite clearly though not as perhaps you'd have liked or have noticed. It's these things proper that come as they say in making a village which by the way is the next possible unit of caring after that person except those like yourself rather. This then begs the question as to what you're doing in process of caring whether to keep on propagating those same old basic sorts of opinions or perhaps a way of say like switching the station. You know at first glance, doing anything other than offering care is naturally easy from there because the human condition say likes the idea of comfort much later as opposed to say the next possible moment or two on from right there. If that means getting there requires something more than just say the ebb and flow of the care in it's stuck old daily routines and some patterns, well, it would be helpful to know what these are, cause change at first glance also ain't natural. Say though it's important for maintaining results on from right there but results aren't the be all and end all of the matter such as all later. That's almost like saying the person came into the office for the caregiving process but nothing was done besides just a lot of paperwork and process and central. Sure, we all know that care without proper documentation most likely didn't happen of course, that much a given, otherwise you'd have nearly anyone coming in and telling them tales of what all was done for the health and where and what and who all had mattered. Which isn't a bad thing really, but you much prefer they knew what they were referring to first and also how to mind the people getting the care in all ways that mattered since at first glance what's the same basic difference between them say and you. I'll tell you what the difference is if you give me half of a minute and also enough of a situation like we've been having to where it all mattered cause when it comes down to it really, the issue's swallowed up everyone on up to and including humanity central. I'd much prefer it just didn't happen like that on your watch or mine or anyone else's either for that much matter of course because simply speaking care that's not sustainable can become anyone's next best matter of guess as you've already seen how that system moved and breathed and swallowed up all in it's path much faster than say anyone liked. Though in the setting of providing care that matters and so too brings with it the results then that matter and last besides say a few pills being given daily or tests being run. Well, in that case it means we'd need a whole different system for defining success and so too also for in point doing not too much to a little for keeping it all sort of up and maintained as these things most needful are allowed then to happen. Without it, let's say the inappropriate silos of insurance with their large costs and their funds are all dictating what's allowed, has been, or say will rather much like to happen which by the way is more inappropriate than most in the be all and end all of care. Why wouldn't you want the payers then dictating results of say what medications are given, actions are taken, and whether the person lives or dies in the tossup then that is life that we've allowed it to happen. Say, when was the last time you wanted the providers of anything payout related being out there making opinions, dictating them, and say affecting the lives right where it matters. You'll no doubt say to that they're paying for it so why rather shouldn't they be having a say in all that though all things considered, it's too much power for one person to hold to be deciding the fate of the world like that and so on from there all based on the movement and passage of care. As we all know, funding's limited as with all things and rate cutting or cost improvement is just sort of as bad because if you think about it really, the person presenting for care then has to afford it from there but they can't can they when they're just out of work. The insurance company was meant to be the smaller silo of health or some such random thing spread around through the land yet stored up as it goes. Basically, the person presenting for care better hope that their illness isn't a long one much less any sort of life limiting thing that maybe will keep them from working. You'll then want to hope the insurance company hasn't gotten overwhelmed from horror of horrors an outbreak or two that's resulted in everyone getting sick all at once cause as you well know these things seldom just happen, they come in the droves. Without making care more effective and treating the milder stuff as not major, you've got another separate sort of an issue as the organization funding insurance begins to run out of money. If you're not able to afford care from the start much less insurance or anything else to go with it, seems to me that you're better off making some other whole process improvements. Ideally, you'd like care that functions quite well day after day until these all run right from one thing and into the next and so on well over a number of years. I thought I heard something just now so say it louder for those in the back. The providers of care and the persons receiving it later really should be the ones out there making decisions cause you don't say wish harm to come to any and so on from that as it would were the insurance companies and large group holders out there just running the show. There's no benefit or process is there in all that's appeared in all that much really since the persons for care are still coming on into our clinics. We'd like to continue doing what we do time and again with or without the say of all these other parties which may or may not be that helpful much really cause we all know the wealth comes and ebbs and flows with the years. It's far better then not to be the ones that time has washed up like coins from an ancient civilization washed up on the beach or a few tokens later much really as those that really have come so to matter now lost and effaced to the whatever's happened that much say in the space after next or just the intervening of all these same sort of years. Time then we'll conclude changes us all and so too what matters along with it as the process of care only goes on from there as requested at first so that everything else can quite safely fall into place without affecting those to whom it say matters. When really, building a system of safety, say for the ages, is all then that's mattered very much as it does in touching the matters of health without say making any others pay for mistakes that they'd not've known from the start much like you really.
