Basically care begins right where everything's been left off last as a crossover of sorts between the right and the wrong, the missing and broken, and everything left which you'll hear some discussing at some odd times, particularly around war and natural disaster and then again whatever's just been dragged in from the least. Actually, those presenting for care are in the majority then at some time or another not just in sickness but also in health for well-care, well-being, and such or the maintenance really of all things considered. We'd think of it as those to whom care has been given and those of us engaged in giving it then as such as we can. Care when provided in this sort of fashion will necessitate honest conversations occurring right from the start about what's wanted and needed or gone wrong in the house. Come to think of it though, it's not just a house but also a whole nation sort of like that of the just that's been affected and such. From there then it outward into the streets affecting the rest by trade and through care and the way that everyone else's already there by version of trade and economy being linked closely together and also tied up so in the provision of health. You'll be wondering where on earth these all come in except through the move of the healthcare system in markets of wealth due to the inappropriate regulation by the same sort of systems. That's where the healthcare insurance gets their power from is the name of the game of deciding which actions to take and whose life should be spared. Really though, it's none of their half-hearted decisions which is why we're just now talking to people to get a plan going of sorts of gaining independence still from the market and the legions of men. You'll want the business of care to be accountable sure but not when it comes to the payment of wealth in exchange for the health which makes as much sense in saying the rich and famous ought to be spared then I guess and the poor which haven't ought to bring or to give are left on the hook for large sums of generational wealth. They haven't got it though that much for sure which is where the conversion to debt come in instead, raising the costs for care, and overburdening the system. What's to happen then except that the unavoidable finally occured, yet you'll not want to be bound to those rules but of course. We're all here though so it's not hardly the end of the matter, only an open honest look at it much as I did at first which wasn't agreed on though perhaps it was very much needed of that I'm sure.

Collaborate

From there, you'll only want something that enables the care, quite possibly a system though given the system failure that just all sort of happened, it'd be best at this point to leave off the care in the hands of the providers. You know, after the inappropriate siloing, payment, and regulation thereof have been dealt with much later. That's why you'll find care's existing in groups of providers that's best for managing care. It's a whole different look to it really from the much more formal though dodgy sort of a system that much for sure. Management goes along much the same lines as enablement later which practically speaking is telling all the leaders to think for themselves but it's far more than that much as I'm doing with you in this thing we're calling a show. I mean, come to think, it probably shouldn't have been done in the open but behind closed doors much rather just like the rest of this mess which is why we're here though and not arguing through the closed halls and empty chambers all in the name of governing the people. Doubtless this isn't what the fathers envisioned would happen and could they have they'd have  something much different than the setting up of kings and rulings and crowds regardless of president or factional leader. It's all much the same sort of a thing with your best interests in mind from there only though without proper knowledge and training such a thing couldn't possibly happen mainly because of the rule of the people being at odds with the lay and the law of the land. It's not for want of knowledge then that such has just happened but rather the opinions gathered thus far and the differing views of healthcare economy. Without a much better knowledge of this, it's difficult to plan out care for the people in such a way that's effective and matters then truly in the long run and all works out in the end. There's only one system under which it has happened though long forgotten about or deemed to have since passed on from the world. It'd help very much if we could've found this kingdom to happen in which time never grows empty nor old and the people all have been fed with none going hungry or in need as allowed then to happen. Everything's fair, everything's equal, everything's just as it should be with a righting of wrongs and everything that's been broken being found all over again. If you think it sounds very much like utopia proper, perhaps you're only partially right then of a sort though still very much without the kingdom in course.

Consult

Except for collaboration then with the Lord, the only other thing to be suggested is controlling domain as though what was once lost is all being reclaimed. It's been long since the sleep of the righteous the hope of the just having often dreamed of the glory to follow. When really, it's been the model on which all other societies are founded without having a clear picture in mind of what the thing's all about with only bits and pieces clearly seen then through the times. People would get a sense of wanting to be healthy and free from disease, with fairness and equality through work and the wage, and too not have to spend all the living on things that would happen with other matters of care also being equally valued. It's a perspective on which rulers trust being concerned with perfectly just as though allowing increased care for the people without having to surrender their watch-care approach even from there. Though it's just lacking all the additional fuss and some feathers that'll make it as right as it seems. Think then of the doctors all gathered around in their office, their nurses all around just waiting for people to bring them the care though they're not wanting for persons really. The care's more than enough for all who'd enter with plenty for health then besides with the other departments being crowded on in with supplies, the food, the clothing, and the ever-ready provision of care. If given enough time, it'd extend on to housing then really as part of the markets believe it or not and the caregiving approach which lets none go without though meetups with payment seem somewhat detached. Let's let that go for awhile as we imagine the world in which it would happen. It's not full of ugly, chaos, confusion as that's all been left behind out of hand nor is there any sitting around just waiting to happen. It's a world alright which doesn't dismiss the notion nor allow to exist as care that's given is watched then to happen. You'll want for the consult then to allow one's leadership that's been known of the care and so followed it there giving place to all others to have allowed it to happen in sum and in total the same.
