Final Matters
It's a new day out there. The client's happy, everyone creative, and we all have got paid. Only, it feels nice, doesn't it, not to mention who's leading who or what. Just think, the donkey's insane braying has stopped and woman's no longer crying 'off with' her 'head.' The masses are waiting, the castle's in sight. All that's left for you now, is just the journey of having to go on for just a little bit more.
Consider then just how you'll get all the people together, at the end of the day. There's everyone that you helped along the way, sure, but that was way back in the swamp. Everything's different by now. As always, the results will speak for themselves. That alone will mean something to some. As word spreads, it'll draw some more in. What though, if anything are you to do with the rest?
Alone we can do so little but together we can do so much. Honestly it's a maxim I've lived by for many a year. There's power found in the togetherness you see. Call it what you will. At the end of the day though, when the work's over and the party's done, there remains the meeting of like minds. I know, some have religiously Applied the term to explain certain mental health phenomenon. It's not about that though but rather going farther than you ever dreamed possible Or would have by yourself. Shrek, on his own you see, wouldn't have gotten very far. Not without the talking donkey near nor yet Fiona, as unhelpful as she seemed. As the story goes, legends later showed she was a queen. Regardless of all that, Fiona did far more than just peeping out to check. There were times I'm sure when the guide wouldn't have made it very far if not for her support.
Piracy: None of this would be complete without a good old-fashioned piracy or two. People get in business and it's the last thing they tend to think. Industry though demands what the market sells. From there, it's not hard to see other people taking over half the work. Don't you pay them any mind. I've finally settled in nonprofit business now. Of course it doesn't bother me. After all, your clients sure have got to eat. What you do about it then, makes you the greater of the two. You can either wield the power that togetherness holds or carry on defending yourself from the swampish creatures found along the path alone. What your future's like is really up to you.
Allow others to run ahead, play the field, and take the lead. It's really your business all along, isn't it? Perhaps though, it's the start of something more that all this togetherness brings. There's nothing quite like learning how to start again, even if it is with all things new yet clearly seen. Not is there ever such a thing as being too smart to learn, regardless of what anyone says.
Hotspots: When you work together it helps to have a central hub. This can be the main issue on which all agree or even as simple as a place from which to roam. Either way you want to call it, hotspots are what brings people together instead of causing them to flee. From there, you really should consider whether its sleeping at the office or simply taking work on home.
Cutting yourself out requires a true service perspective between what is important and those things that aren't. Many times those old habits that made you so successful actually were the ones that pulled you down. Then again, those that once were overlooked as week or somehow unworthy of a second glance are actually the ones to help you rise and start again.
And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
