Coordinated Conjunction

If conjunctions are supposed to be coordinated, I would hate to see an uncoordinated one. Just think of the havoc it might cause. Think of it something like this.

How are you and I am fine.

Or

I am fine and so are you.

Or

The cat sat in the hat and the bat chased the cat.

It's made up of a subject, verb, and an object AND it contains another subject, verb, and an object. An object is a noun that the subject does the action to with the verb. Some cultures can have reverse subject object arrangements that look a bit like this. These are called the passive voice.

The cat in the hat was possessed by a bat.

The subject is really the bat because the bat possessed the cat. The example is considered passive though because of the was that got added to the verb. That means the cat for our purposes is the subject though not really. If I said this, this, and this would like a cat, the and in this case would not be coordinated though it is a conjunction.
